(Hereinafter Aquapark Istralandia) will provide the service to its customers (hereinafter the Buyer) on its websites http://istralandia.com/ and http://istralandia.hr/. The service we provide through our websites is the selection and purchase of tickets for Aquapark Istralandia. We are currently in an early stage of developing our sites and service. This means that we continually change and improve the service and website.
The basic Service
Aquapark Istralandia online ticket sale is intended to facilitate and accelerate the process of buying tickets for personal, non-commercial use. It allows you to print tickets with a valid bar code. Scaning the bar code allows you to enter the Aquapark Istralandia.
Online ticket purchase
On the websites http://istralandia.com/ and http://istralandia.hr/ the Buyer can buy a ticket online. It is considered that a contract of carriage is concluded after a successful payment transaction, after which the ticket and the invoice are submitted to the Buyer’s email address.
The Buyer is obliged to print out the ticket and invoice and bring them along. By entering the Aquapark Istralandia, the Buyer is obliged to scan thebar code of the ticket and is required to keep the invoice during the entire stayin Aquapark Istralandia.
Fees and mode of payment
Ticket prices are clearly marked and visible at every step of the purchase. No hidden costs or additional fees appear in the sale procedure. Payment on our service is only possible with zhe following credit cards: Mastercard, Maestro, American and Visa.
There is no refund for purchased entrance tickets under no circumstances.
